About Us
Our Story
Bestserv Inc. was established in 2018, training staff to support aviation services. We then moved into passenger services, and today our own trained team delivers ground handling directly to airlines and private operators at Kansai International Airport: passenger services, ramp services, charter flight handling and baggage services, 24 hours a day.
Our team comes from many countries and speaks many languages — a strength at an international gateway like KIX. What unites us is simple: safety first, respect for every passenger and colleague, and the drive to keep raising our standard of service.
